Website visitors and enquiry forms

Early-access, design-partner, and contact forms send your details to Converix so we can reply. We do not sell that data. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion at hello@converixai.com. Legal bases typically include taking steps at your request before a contract, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and consent where you tick the form acknowledgement.

Messaging platform (not yet generally available)

When a Converix workspace is offered to customers, sending SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, or email will usually mean you are the controller of end-user content and phone numbers, and we process that data to deliver messages and meet telecom requirements. A data processing addendum will be available with enterprise contracts. That processing is not live on this marketing site today.

Transfers

Converix AI Private Limited is established in India. Hosting this website or storing enquiry records may involve processors outside the EEA. When the product is offered, routing a message may involve carriers and WhatsApp/Meta. We will document subprocessors in a DPA for customers.
